Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee policy allows you to return your vaporizer in exchange for a different vape, store credit, or a partial refund if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase! We only accept used accessories if purchased and returned on the same order as your vaporizer being returned.

You can return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of receiving it.
