All vaporizers can be returned within 14 days of receiving them if you are unsatisfied, for an exchange, refund, or store credit. The returned items must be in working condition. Please note, units damaged due to mishaps (e.g., falling off the roof, into the pool, or being chewed by a dog) are not eligible for return under warranty or our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Exchanges or store credits have no fees. Refunds incur a $10 shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee ($15 each in Canada).

Accessories are eligible for return within 14 days if they were included in the same order and are being returned with your vaporizer under our satisfaction guarantee policy.
