If your Mighty or Mighty+ is giving you an error code, the first thing you should do is try to charge it differently. 

• Plug it directly into the wall

• Ensure that your wall-to-USB adapter is capable of delivering 5V DC, and can produce 2.4 Amps as a minimum

• Bypass any power strips or surge protectors

• Try another outlet

• If you’ve been using the SuperCharger, try slow charging instead
