Is Your Device Not Performing Up to Spec? Here's How to Fix It! 🔧📱

There are times when your device might not seem to be performing as well as it should. Don't worry! Here are a few simple steps to get things back on track.

1. Check the Temperature Dial 🔥

First, double-check that the temperature dial is set higher than 2. For optimal performance, we recommend setting the dial to 5, indicated by the small circle. If the dial is at 2 or lower, the device won’t turn on due to a built-in safety feature.

2. Ensure the Correct Mode 🔄

On-Demand Mode: Start the device by quickly clicking the power button three times. This mode requires you to hold the button down a few seconds before you begin to draw and continue holding while inhaling to keep the heater engaged. Look for a blinking light of a solid color to indicate this mode.

Session Mode: Quickly triple-tap the power button and hold it down on the last click. This way, you can place your botanicals into your stem, then into the device, and start inhaling immediately, as the heater will be engaged at all times. A solid color light will indicate session mode.

3. Listen for the Buzz 🐝
