My tracking isn't updatingUpdated 10 months ago

We all know how frustrating it is to check your tracking number and not see any updates on your order. 

Please know that carriers may take up to 48 business hours to track your package once shipped. While it is rare, there are scenarios where a package is delivered with no tracking updates; or is updated at the point of delivery. 

We ask that you allow up to seven business days for your package to be delivered or updated from the date of being shipped for orders in the US & Canada.
