Understanding "Partially Fulfilled" Orders 📦🔍

If your order status shows as "Partially Fulfilled," here are a few things you should check:

1. Gift Cards: Do you have a bonus or paid gift card in your order? Gift cards are sent electronically and aren't marked as "shipped" by Shopify, which may result in your order appearing partially fulfilled.

2. Order Contents: Please double-check your order to ensure you have received all your items.

3. Split Orders: If you are missing items and don't have a gift card, it's possible your order was split into multiple shipments. This can happen due to stock availability across our warehouses. If this is the case, you should have received an email from our customer care team with a second tracking number.
