  • Within 14 Days: If you receive a Venty with an error code, simply report it to us within 14 days from the delivery date, and we'll exchange it for you—no hassle!
  • After 14 Days: If the issue arises after the initial 14 days, don’t worry. S&B will step in and handle the exchange for you.
