Got your new vaporizer but feeling a bit iffy about it? Relax, we've got you covered with our 14-day policy! Here’s the scoop:

  • Eligibility: Vaporizers can zoom back to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of receiving them if you are not fully satisfied.
  • Accessories?: If you ordered some cool accessories with your vaporizer, and you realize you aren't satisfied with your vape and want to return the accessories on that order, we'll accept them back with your vaporizer. However, we do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own,
  • Shipping Costs: We’re footing the bill for shipping unless you're after a refund. In that case, we have a flat $15.00 shipping fee and a $15.00 restocking fee.

🌿 The 30-Day Guarantee: Peace of Mind for Your Purchase

  • All Items Welcome: Any item, be it a vaporizer or accessory, can return home within 30 days, as long as it's unused and unopened.
  • Photo Proof: Snap a quick pic to show us everything's still sealed up.
  • Refund or Credit: You can choose a refund or store credit. Do note, there’s a standard $15.00 shipping fee for this policy, and a $15.00 restocking fee on refunds.

Experiencing a hiccup with your vaporizer? Our warranty policy ensures you're never in a fog. We ask that you always reach out to our vape experts on the odds that your vape can be addressed with some troubleshooting. Do so by clicking here! 

  • Coverage: Any warranty defects within your vaporizer's warranty period are covered from the time you receive it until the time of it's warranty period. Be sure to check the "Warranty Coverage" on the product page, or in your manual once receiving. You can also contact our customer care team if you need more clarity. 
  • Shipping? On Us!: We handle all shipping costs for warranty returns.
  • Replacement: We replace faulty vaporizers with a brand-new one, ensuring you're back to vaping bliss in no time!
